Essex based company Footings & Floors Concrete Finishing is a very experienced concrete installation company that provides both industrial and residential concrete installation. Established in 2019 by current directors Leon Maynard and Luke Percival, the company is moving to a new premises next week at Dodd’s Farm Hatfield broad oak, to accommodate the constantly growing requirements of its recent success.
Based in Essex, Footings & Floors Concrete Finishing does much of its work throughout the Southeast of England. Leon added, “although we do have a strong client base in the South East, Greater London and East of England, we have also carried out works further afield including the Southwest, East and West Midlands – indeed any location will be considered.”
Footings & Floors Concrete Finishing is an expert in all aspects of the concrete industry. We offer concrete placement with finishes to your requirements from power float, tamp to Brush Finish we meet any finishing and specification requirements.
In conjunction with this service, the company can also supply concrete and pumps if needed. As an addition to its service its sister company Footings & Floors Ltd installs traditional & poly block & beam floors, prestressed concrete panels for retaining walls and precast slabs stairs and landings.

Footings & Floors Concrete Finishing can cater for any work shape or size. We have recently purchased and received the EKIN1800 Conscreed supplied by James Ekin from CSS Concrete which is one of the company’s suppliers. This machine was recently on display at the LAMMA 2022 show at the NEC and the benefits include a lithium-ion battery concrete screed, which uses transmitter lasers to help lay the concrete. The laser will project a signal which the machine picks up and this helps to pull the concrete and finish the job professionally.
