Since January 2020 Kym Davies was keen to start her own business and become her own boss. Now part of a 13,000 strong club of women, aka the ‘sisterhood’, Kym resides in Dorset and has been building the business with great success around the UK too. “In the past I have had two great opportunities to work further afield which included attending the Wedding Show at Ascot and in Southampton where I hosted an Ann Summers party. I have also done wedding shows in Poole and Bournemouth too,” said Kym.
Kym is able to share directly with clients’ exclusive products, toys, lingerie and secret sales as well as more personable services such as in-store and online personal shopping, bra fitting events, host parties with toys, coffee mornings, ladies’ nights, pyjama parties, and more recently, wedding shows.
“What many people don’t realise, or at least don’t associate Ann Summers with is Weddings. But we have a large Bridal Lingerie range designed to make women feel beautiful, sexy and confident on their wedding night. From plunge padded bras, to the Icon Waspie and Starlet Crotchless Body, there is something for everyone. We deliver fun hen parties and our products make great gifts for the bride and groom,” mentioned Kym.
Kym was also keen to share another product that many women wouldn’t associate Ann Summers with, “we also sell Nursing and Maternity Bras too. Your body changes when you get pregnant, so its important women feel comfortable during this time. This is where my bra fitting services also come in handy. My personable and person-centred approach makes women feel comfortable as they trust my advice and judgement,” explained Kym.
