New RAF Exhibition and Events Space Opens at We’ll Meet Again Museum

The We’ll Meet Again Museum is proud to announce the completion of their new state of the art RAF display and events building, the building will be utilised for 1940’s ands 50’s dances using the new wooden dance floor and bar, along with hot and cold air conditioning system. The new building will play host to our own events but will also cater to the public who can hire the space for parties and celebrations.

One of the buildings is home to our film famous hurricane which was in the 1969 hit movie the Battle of Britain which has lovingly been restored by the team at the We’ll Meet Again Museum and has proved a very popular exhibit.

The museum houses has an extensive home front collection and also a huge collection of WW1 and WW2 memorabilia which is thought to be one of the countries largest collections.

For an additional cost the museum also has the Lancaster flight simulator which can be booked in advance and also has an on site ration book cafe which offers a variety of home baked cakes and hot and cold refreshments open during museum hours. 

Opening hours – Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am – 4pm and Bank Holidays. Also available Monday to Thursday for private group bookings, please enquire for details.
